A choice of finishes for the top rim of your cake: Can be used on both Marzipan and Sugarpaste, although it may not always be necessary to use the curved top Edgers on sugarpaste if the marzipan foundation is good. The Sharp Top is a little more complicated and takes a bit of practice.
Note: You will require a Side Edger and Super Smoother to nip the marzipan towards the edge of the cake before using the Sharp Top Edger.
