Our Fondant Work Mat from Ateco has a non-stick surface for rolling out fondant or gumpaste.
The easy to read grid allows you to roll out proper sizes to cover your cake.
Use to transfer fondant from work area to your cake.
For added release sprinkle mat with corn starch.
Also great to bake on, withstands temperatures to 450 degrees F.
