Our Fondant Work Mat from Ateco has a non-stick surface for rolling out fondant or gumpaste.
Use to transfer fondant from work area to your cake.
For added release sprinkle mat with corn starch.
Also great to bake on, withstands temperatures to 450 degrees F.
The mat measures 36" x 24" and is made of food grade silicone. Hand wash. |
