This shortening was made for especially for Cake Icing! It is so much better than a common national leading brand or other common shortenings for baking. Our premium Hi-Ratio Shortening's incorporates more water which allows your icing to be softer, fluffier, and less greasy. If you have ever made large amounts of icing, you may have noticed that the icing is separated and soupy at the bottom. This dosen't happen with our premium Hi-Ratio shortenings by Alpine and Sweetex. |
